Saurav Computer provides computer training courses, SBI Kiosk Banking services, and Aaple Seva Kendra services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Course Registration and Payment

• Course registration is complete only after full payment of fees
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• Course materials and certificates will only be provided upon full payment

3. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain proper decorum and respect for staff and fellow students
• Attend classes regularly and complete assignments on time
• Not damage or misuse institute property
• Follow all institute rules and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to study materials, presentations, and online content, are the intellectual property of Saurav Computer and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Saurav Computer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shendurjan, Maharashtra.
